These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which NEL NAILS LTD provides mobile nail services through this website. Please read them carefully before making a booking. By placing a booking or submitting a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

NEL NAILS LTD provides appointment-based mobile nail services delivered at the customer’s chosen address within our service area. Services may include Classic Mobile Manicure, Gel Polish Application, Gel Removal & Reapplication, Luxury Hand Care Treatment, Pedicure Service, Nail Repair Service, and Nail Art Add-On.

Service descriptions, durations, and prices are shown on the website for guidance. We may decline a booking where we are unable to provide the service safely, clearly, or within the requested time.

All appointments are subject to technician availability, location suitability, and confirmation of the booking details provided by the customer.

2. Payment Terms

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking unless we confirm a different arrangement in writing. A booking is not treated as confirmed until payment has been successfully completed and received.

  • Payments must be made using the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, the booking may be paused or cancelled.
  • Any deposit or part-payment will be applied to the final service price unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will remain subject to the price shown at the time of purchase.

If additional time, extra product use, or added services are requested on the day, any extra charge will only apply if agreed with the customer before the additional work begins.

3. Delivery Information

Our services are delivered in person at the customer’s selected address, usually by appointment. Delivery means the completion of the booked nail service at the agreed location, not the shipping of physical goods.

  • A booking confirmation email is issued after successful payment or approved reservation.
  • Customers should ensure access to the appointment location at the agreed time.
  • If access is not possible or the customer is unavailable, the appointment may be treated as a missed visit.
  • We may provide a service completion confirmation email after the appointment has been delivered.

Appointment times are estimated and may vary slightly due to travel, setup, or the length of previous appointments. Where possible, we will contact the customer if there is a significant delay.

4. Cancellation Rules

For bookings made through this website, customers may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid late cancellation charges or loss of any reserved booking fee, if applicable.

If you ask us to begin a service before the end of the applicable 14-day cancellation period, you agree that we may charge a proportionate amount for work already carried out if you later cancel. Where a service has been fully performed with your prior agreement, the cancellation right ends when the service is complete.

24 hours or more before appointment Appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled without a late cancellation charge, subject to any agreed booking fee terms.
Less than 24 hours before appointment We may retain any non-refundable booking fee or charge a reasonable late cancellation amount where a time slot and travel have been reserved.
No-show or access not provided The appointment may be treated as missed and any applicable fee may be retained.
Service already started Any refund will be limited to the part of the service not yet delivered, if applicable.

If we need to cancel due to illness, safety, travel disruption, or another reasonable issue, we will offer a new appointment time or refund any amount paid for the cancelled appointment where appropriate.

5. Limitation of Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
  • Where liability is lawfully limited, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information, access instructions, and any relevant details that may affect the safe delivery of the service.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If there is a concern about a booking or service, please contact us first so we can review the matter and try to resolve it quickly and fairly. We aim to acknowledge disputes within 5 business days and work toward a resolution within 14 days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may seek mediation or other appropriate alternative resolution before starting formal legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms, the website, or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
